Dr. Harold R. Dewberry, Ph.D., M. R. Ed.

Dr. Harold R. Dewberry is recognized around the world as a powerful Minister, Apostle, Prophet,Teacher and Author. His ministry is challenging, motivating and exciting, and has impacted many lives around the world.

Harold Dewberry was raised in a dysfunctional family; the result of this left his inner man crushed and lifeless. In 1959 he accepted Christ and experienced a powerful deliverance from alcoholism. As he sought the Lord for the keys to healing and freedom from bondage he began to minister to others.

Dr. Harold R. Dewberry has over forty-six years of ministerial experience, and interviewed on the 700 Club. Armed with the message of restoration and hope he founded and directed Teen Challenge in Sydney, Australia in the early 1970's.During this period he saw hundreds of people released from mental and physical problems. He began to train many pastors and lay workers in rehabilitation work through the establishing of drop-in centers and city wide help lines.

The apostolic ministry of Dr. Dewberry quickly developed and he began to travel and conduct seminars and lectures in Bible colleges and universities. Some of the major television networks in Sydney conducted interviews and a nationwide radio program was launched. In the United States he made several guest appearances on the Trinity Broadcasting Network, Asia,Mexico, and South America.

He has endeavored to deliver the message to America, England, Europe, and Australia. Africa and the South Pacific Region. His ministry is orientated towards healing the whole person, spiritually, physically, and emotionally enabling hundreds of people to live in freedom. One primary focus of his ministry is restoration to individuals, families, and the corporate body of Christ.

As he sought the Lord's wisdom, he found the keys to freedom from different areas of his life.He began to minister to other people who had been abused and wounded by traumatic experiences, and established Christian leaders with addictions , there was a deep need for intensive ministry and care.

His desire was to see the body of Christ restored to wholeness and effectively trained in caring for the soul. To fulfill this burden and calling, Dr. Harold Dewberry became the Senior Pastor of En Agape Christian Fellowship, in Southern California, and established a residential care and training center. The center integrates the International headquarters, a full timecounseling center and a counselor training school. The residential program that has become a unique part of the Dewberry Ministries International.

Counseling is a vital part of Dewberry Ministries. Trained counselors conduct many one-on-one appointments daily. Also, the counseling ministry offers beneficial training to the students.

This ministry continues to grow and provide crisis intervention to many who have been given a poor secular prognosis of recovery from emotional, physical and mental disorders. The Institute of Pastoral Care & Counseling provides extension studies, of the teachings and ministry of  Dr. Dewberry, to those who desire to be trained in counseling or are trained in the ministerial sphere.

Dr. Dewberry travels extensively impacting the continents of America, Europe, Australia,Africa, and the South Pacific Region. He has an apostolic covering over several hundred churches throughout the world.
